On April 13th Congressman Mike Coffman held a press conference at the Colorado State Capitol to announce his introduction of H.R. 1908, the Water Accountability Tax Efficiency Reinvestment Act, or W.A.T.E.R. Act. This new bill would provide tax breaks to homeowners and businesses who embrace the EPA's WaterSense program.
